Ingredients :-
- Yellowtail scad 2 pcs (100g /each)
- Red Onion, shredded 2 pcs
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ginger 1 inch
- Turmeric Alive 1 inch
- Lemon grass 1 pc
- Bird’s eye chili 3 pcs
- Tamarind 1 pcs
- Water 150ml
- Salt 1 tbsp
Method :-
- Put in all ingredients into oval pot and close the cover.
- Press “Steamed Chicken” and select for 10 minutes.
- Press “Start / Cancel”.
