Tomyum Seafood Soup
The Forge
Ingredients :-
- Prawn 100g / 6 pcs
- Squid, cut to pieces 50g / 3 pcs
- Holland Onion, cut into 4 1 pc
- Lemongrass 1 pc
- Ginger, shredded 2g / 2 inch
- Galangal, shredded 3g / 3 inch
- Bird’s eye chili 5 pcs
- Tomato, wedges cut 2 pcs
- Carrot, wedges cut ½
- Cauliflower 100g
- Water 250ml
Ingredients B:
- Tomyum paste 3 tbsp
- Fish Sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Lime Juice 1 pc lime
Ingredients C :
- Kaffir lime leaf 2 pcs
- Coriander, shredded
Method :-
- Mix ingredients B well.
- Put in all ingredients A and slowly pour the mixture of ingredients B into inner pot.
- Select “Steamed Chicken” for 15 minutes.
- Ingredients C as option before serving!
