Tomyum Seafood Soup

The Forge

Ingredients :-

  • Prawn 100g / 6 pcs
  • Squid, cut to pieces 50g / 3 pcs
  • Holland Onion, cut into 4 1 pc
  • Lemongrass 1 pc
  • Ginger, shredded 2g / 2 inch
  • Galangal, shredded 3g / 3 inch
  • Bird’s eye chili 5 pcs
  • Tomato, wedges cut 2 pcs
  • Carrot, wedges cut ½
  • Cauliflower 100g
  • Water 250ml

 

Ingredients B:

  • Tomyum paste 3 tbsp
  • Fish Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Lime Juice 1 pc lime

 

Ingredients C :

  • Kaffir lime leaf 2 pcs
  • Coriander, shredded

 

Method :-

  1. Mix ingredients B well.
  2. Put in all ingredients A and slowly pour the mixture of ingredients B into inner pot.
  3. Select “Steamed Chicken” for 15 minutes.
  4. Ingredients C as option before serving!
