Ingredients A:-
- Glutinous Rice Flour 25og
- 40ml boiling water
- Food Colouring 4 colours
Ingredients B:-
- Ginger 50g
- Pandan Leaves 3-5 pcs
- Rock Sugar 150g
Method :-
- Mix well glutinous rice flour with 40ml boiling water gradually.
- Add 10ml water after it turns to dough.
- Scatter flour before placing dough. Devide to 5 parts.
- Colour them separately. Shape dough into small round balls.
- Pour 1L Water into inner pot and close it.
- Place inner pot into appliance slot.
- Select soup for 30 minutes, press “Start”.
- Press “Soup” to pause after 10 minutes.
