Ingredients A:-

  • Glutinous Rice Flour 25og
  • 40ml boiling water
  • Food Colouring 4 colours

Ingredients B:-

  • Ginger 50g
  • Pandan Leaves 3-5 pcs
  • Rock Sugar 150g


Method :-

  1. Mix well glutinous rice flour with 40ml boiling water gradually.
  2. Add 10ml water after it turns to dough.
  3. Scatter flour before placing dough. Devide to 5 parts.
  4. Colour them separately. Shape dough into small round balls.
  5. Pour 1L Water into inner pot and close it.
  6. Place inner pot into appliance slot.
  7. Select soup for 30 minutes, press “Start”.
  8. Press “Soup” to pause after 10 minutes.
