Stuffed Dried Bean Curd

Ingredients A :-
- Dried bean curd 7 pcs
Ingredients B : –
- Dory Fish, pounded 300g
- Corn powder 2 tbsp
- Carrot, cut in cubes 100g
- Onion leaf, shredded
- White pepper 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
Method :
- Remove the invagination of the bean curd, bean curd set aside.
- Mix ingredients B with bean curd invagination.
- Stuff the mixture into the bean curd. Arrange in steam rack.
- Press “Steamed” and select 10 minutes.
- Enjoy with any sauce you like!
