Stuffed Dried Bean Curd

Ingredients A :-

  • Dried bean curd 7 pcs


Ingredients B : –

  • Dory Fish, pounded 300g
  • Corn powder 2 tbsp
  • Carrot, cut in cubes 100g
  • Onion leaf, shredded
  • White pepper 1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp


Method :

  1. Remove the invagination of the bean curd, bean curd set aside.
  2. Mix ingredients B with bean curd invagination.
  3. Stuff the mixture into the bean curd. Arrange in steam rack.
  4. Press “Steamed” and select 10 minutes.
  5. Enjoy with any sauce you like!
