Steamed Sea Bass Soy Sauce

The Forge

Ingredients A :-

  • Sea Bass 300g
  • Soy Sauce 100ml
  • Salt ½ tsp

 

Ingredients B :-

  • Ginger 5g / 5 inch
  • Garlic, pounded 7 cloves
  • Bird’s eye chili, shredded 5 pcs
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil 1 tbsp

 

Method :

  1. Mix ingredients A well.
  2. Combine ingredients B well.
  3. Place sea bass onto oval pot and pour the mixture of sauce on top.
  4. Press “Steamed Chicken” and select for 20 minutes.
  5. Served with sesame oil, more tasty!
