Steamed Sea Bass Soy Sauce

Ingredients A :-
- Sea Bass 300g
- Soy Sauce 100ml
- Salt ½ tsp
Ingredients B :-
- Ginger 5g / 5 inch
- Garlic, pounded 7 cloves
- Bird’s eye chili, shredded 5 pcs
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Method :
- Mix ingredients A well.
- Combine ingredients B well.
- Place sea bass onto oval pot and pour the mixture of sauce on top.
- Press “Steamed Chicken” and select for 20 minutes.
- Served with sesame oil, more tasty!
