Steamed Nasi Lemak
- Rice 3 measuring cup
- Concentrated coconut 200ml
- Lemongrass 1
- Ginger, shredded 10g
- Red Onion, shredded 40g
- Pandan leaf 1
- Salt 1 tsp
- Water 200ml / level 3 for rice in inner pot
- Put in all ingredients into inner pot and mix well.
- Close the cover, select “Steamed Rice” for 55 minutes
- Serve with shrimp paste, cucumber, peanuts, eggs and anchovy, yummy!
