Steamed Nasi Lemak

The Forge

Ingredients :-

  • Rice 3 measuring cup
  • Concentrated coconut 200ml
  • Lemongrass 1
  • Ginger, shredded 10g
  • Red Onion, shredded 40g
  • Pandan leaf 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Water 200ml / level 3 for rice in inner pot

 

Method :-

  1. Put in all ingredients into inner pot and mix well.
  2. Close the cover, select “Steamed Rice” for 55 minutes
  3. Serve with shrimp paste, cucumber, peanuts, eggs and anchovy, yummy!
