Steamed Lemon Herb Salmon
The Forge
Ingredients A:-
- Salmon, 2 fillets 300g
- Salt, a pinch
- Black Pepper, a pinch
- Dill Leaves, 2gm
Ingredients B:-
- Leek, Sliced 20gm
- Carrot, Sliced 50gm
- Garlic, Sliced 30gm
- Spring Onion, Sliced 10gm
- Thyme, 1gm
- Rosemary, 1gm
- Salt, 1/2 tsp
Ingredients C:-
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
- Olive Oil 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Soda 100ml
Method :
- Start with Ingredients A, season salmon with salt and pepper rub evenly. Roll each fillet with Dill Leaves together and set aside.
- Prepare a bowl put all Ingredients B. Mix together and set aside.
- Place foil in a pan. Add mixed vegetables. Lay salmon on top of vegetables.
- Pour Ingredients C into foil pan on top of salmon. Cover with foil.
- Place steamer rack into Inner Pot and put in salmon wrap.
- Select “Steamed Chicken” and 20 minutes, press “Start / Cancel”.
- Garnish with Thyme and lemon slices. Enjoy!
