Steamed Lemon Herb Salmon

The Forge

Ingredients A:-

  • Salmon, 2 fillets 300g
  • Salt, a pinch
  • Black Pepper, a pinch
  • Dill Leaves, 2gm

 

Ingredients B:-

  • Leek, Sliced 20gm
  • Carrot, Sliced 50gm
  • Garlic, Sliced 30gm
  • Spring Onion, Sliced 10gm
  • Thyme, 1gm
  • Rosemary, 1gm
  • Salt, 1/2 tsp

 

Ingredients C:-

  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Olive Oil 1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Soda 100ml

 

Method :

  1. Start with Ingredients A, season salmon with salt and pepper rub evenly. Roll each fillet with Dill Leaves together and set aside.
  2. Prepare a bowl put all Ingredients B. Mix together and set aside.
  3. Place foil in a pan. Add mixed vegetables. Lay salmon on top of vegetables.
  4. Pour Ingredients C into foil pan on top of salmon. Cover with foil.
  5. Place steamer rack into Inner Pot and put in salmon wrap.
  6. Select “Steamed Chicken” and 20 minutes, press “Start / Cancel”.
  7. Garnish with Thyme and lemon slices. Enjoy!
