Steamed Eggplant

Ingredients A :-
Eggplant, cut in slides 200g
Onion leaf, shredded

Ingredients B :-
Garlic, pounded 30g / 3 cloves
Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tbsp

Method :-
Place eggplant on steam tray inside inner pot, close the cover.
Select “Steam” for 8 minutes, press “Start / Cancel” to start cooking.
Mix ingredients B well.
Pour on top of eggplant after cooked.
Serve with onion leaf as decoration.
