Steamed Chicken

Ingredients A :-
- Chicken 400g
- Ginger 20g
- Onion Leaves for decoration
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tsp
Ingredients B :
- Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
- Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ginger 20g
- Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Method :-
- Pre-prepare ingredients B in fry.
- Mix all ingredients A and pickled for 30 minutes.
- Put the chicken on steam rack of inner pot and closed the cover.
- Press “Steamed Chicken” and select the time for 15 minutes.
- Decorate with onion leaves before serving.
