Steamed Chicken

The Forge

Ingredients A :-

  • Chicken 400g
  • Ginger 20g
  • Onion Leaves for decoration
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tsp

 

Ingredients B :

  • Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Ginger 20g
  • Sesame oil 1 tbsp

 

Method :-

  1. Pre-prepare ingredients B in fry.
  2. Mix all ingredients A and pickled for 30 minutes.
  3. Put the chicken on steam rack of inner pot and closed the cover.
  4. Press “Steamed Chicken” and select the time for 15 minutes.
  5. Decorate with onion leaves before serving.
