Steamed Chicken with Black Fungus & Dang Gui
The Forge
Ingredients A:-
- Kampung Chicken 400gm (Chopped)
- Ginger Juice ½ tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Corn Flour 1 tsp
- Pepper some
- Sesame Oil 1 tsp
- Water 1 tbsp
Ingredients B:-
- 5 Red Dates (Pitted)
- 3 Slices Dang Gui
- 5 Slices Ginger
- 10 Slices Carrot
- 12 Mushrooms
- Black Fungus 5 gm
- ½ tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- ½ tbsp Thick Soy Sauce
- Chicken Stock 200ml
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Sugar
Ingredients C:-
- Spring Onion 1 stalk (segmented)
- 2 tbsp Shao Xing Wine
Method :
- Put all Ingredients A together in bowl, mix well and set aside wait for 40 minutes.
- After 40 minutes, place all Ingredients B and marinated chicken together into inner pot, mix well.
- Select “Steamed” and 20 minutes, press “Start / Cancel”.
- After done cook, open inner pot. (Caution:Hot!)
- Put Ingredients C into Inner Pot and mix all again.
- Serve to plate and enjoy.
