Steamed Bean Curd and Prawn

The Forge

Ingredients :-

  • Egg bean curd, cut in round 100g
  • Prawn 8 pcs
  • Cooking oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic, pounded 1 clove

 

Method :-

  1. Place prawn on top of egg bean curd have cut.
  2. Arrange on steam tray.
  3. Select “Steamed” for 10 minutes and press “Start / Cancel”.
  4. Mix garlic with cooking oil well, heat with microwave for 1 minute.
  5. Add garlic on top of prawn after steamed. Enjoy!
