Spinach Pesto Salmon

The Forge

Ingredients :-

  • Salmon             350g
  • Salt             ½ tsp
  • Baby spinach 200g
  • Fresh Thai basil leave 10g
  • Feta cheese, cut in cubes
  • Olive oil 5ml / 3 tbsp
  • Lime Juice 3 ml / half lime


Method :-

  1. Put salt on salmon averagely, place salmon on steam stray inside inner pot.
  2. Arrange Thai basil leave and baby spinach on top salmon, close the cover.
  3. Select “Steamed Chicken” for 15 minutes and press “Start / Cancel”.
  4. Serve with feta cheese, olive oil and lime juice! Enjoy!
