Pudding Bread
The Forge
Ingredients A :-
- Eggs 2
- Vanilla extract 1 tbsp
- Sugar 120g
Ingredients B :-
- Whole wheat bread, cut in ¼ 7 pcs
- Milk 400 ml / 1 tin
- raisins 30g
Method :-
- Blend ingredients A by using egg beater electric.
- Add in milk and mix well.
- Arrange bread in thinker baking plate, then pour in mixture No.2 on bread.
- Make sure all bread with mixture, then add raisins on top.
- Cover baking plate by aluminium foil, place on steam tray inside inner pot.
- Select “Steam” for 40 minutes, and press “Start / Cancel” to start cooking.
