Pudding Bread

The Forge

Ingredients A :-

  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla extract 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 120g


Ingredients B :-

  • Whole wheat bread, cut in ¼ 7 pcs
  • Milk 400 ml / 1 tin
  • raisins 30g


Method :-

  1. Blend ingredients A by using egg beater electric.
  2. Add in milk and mix well.
  3. Arrange bread in thinker baking plate, then pour in mixture No.2 on bread.
  4. Make sure all bread with mixture, then add raisins on top.
  5. Cover baking plate by aluminium foil, place on steam tray inside inner pot.
  6. Select “Steam” for 40 minutes, and press “Start / Cancel” to start cooking.
