The Forge

Ingredients A (Sushi Rice) : –

  • Sushi rice 2 cups
  • Water 2 cups / ratio 1 : 1 with rice

 

Ingredients B (Mixture of vinegar) : –

  • Warm water 20ml
  • Cooking vinegar 1 ½ tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp

 

Ingredients C (Tuna mayo) : –

  • Tuna 109g / 1 tin
  • Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp

 

Ingredients D:-

  • Seaweed

Method :-

  1. Put ingredients A into inner pot, select “Steamed Rice” for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix ingredients B well.
  3. Combine well all ingredients C.
  4. Add in mixture of ingredients B with sushi rice slowly.
  5. Wash hand, add in mixture ingredients C into sushi rice, make it triangle.
  6. Add seaweed surface.
  7. Serve with Japanese soy sauce and wasabi! Yummy!
