The Forge
Ingredients A (Sushi Rice) : –
- Sushi rice 2 cups
- Water 2 cups / ratio 1 : 1 with rice
Ingredients B (Mixture of vinegar) : –
- Warm water 20ml
- Cooking vinegar 1 ½ tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
Ingredients C (Tuna mayo) : –
- Tuna 109g / 1 tin
- Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Ingredients D:-
- Seaweed
Method :-
- Put ingredients A into inner pot, select “Steamed Rice” for 30 minutes.
- Mix ingredients B well.
- Combine well all ingredients C.
- Add in mixture of ingredients B with sushi rice slowly.
- Wash hand, add in mixture ingredients C into sushi rice, make it triangle.
- Add seaweed surface.
- Serve with Japanese soy sauce and wasabi! Yummy!
