Mackerel Tamarind

Ingredients A :-
- Mackerel 100g / 2 pcs
- Red Onion (cubes) ½ pcs Onion
Ingredients B :-
- Tomato 1 pc
- Lime Juice 1 pc
- Bird’s eye chili 5 pcs
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
- Water 100ml
Method :
- Place mackerel with a little salt into oval pot and close the cover.
- Place the oval pot onto the machine.
- Press “Steamed Chicken” and select for 10 minutes.
- Mix ingredients B well.
- Drizzle mixture of ingredients B onto mackerel after steaming, enjoy it!
