Mackerel Tamarind

The Forge

Ingredients A :-

  • Mackerel 100g / 2 pcs
  • Red Onion (cubes) ½ pcs Onion

Ingredients B :-

  • Tomato 1 pc
  • Lime Juice 1 pc
  • Bird’s eye chili 5 pcs
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
  • Water 100ml

Method :

  1. Place mackerel with a little salt into oval pot and close the cover.
  2. Place the oval pot onto the machine.
  3. Press “Steamed Chicken” and select for 10 minutes.
  4. Mix ingredients B well.
  5. Drizzle mixture of ingredients B onto mackerel after steaming, enjoy it!
