The Forge
Ingredients A :-
- Glutinous Rice 2 full measuring cup
- Concentrated coconut milk 70ml
- Salt ½ tsp
- Water 50ml
- Pandan leaf 1 pc
Ingredients B (Green Custard) :-
- Pandan leaf 4 pcs
- Coconut milk 30ml
Ingredients C (Green Custard) : –
- Egg 1
- Wheat flour 80g or ½ measuring cup
- Custard flour 30g or 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Concentrated coconut milk 130ml
- Sugar 100g or ½ measuring cup
- Green food colouring ½ tsp
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Method :-
- Put in all ingredients A into baking pan, except pandan leaf.
- Mix well ingredients A and place pandan leaf on top of mixture.
- Place the baking pan into inner pot, close the cover.
- Select “Steamed Rice” for 30 minutes, then press “Start / Cancel”.
- Blend ingredients B and filter it.
- Mix ingredients C and ingredients B well as green custard.
- Compress glutinous rice hardly after steamed, pour the green custard on top.
- Repeat step No. 3 and No. 4.
