Green Curry Chicken

The Forge

Ingredients A :-

  • Chicken, cut into small pieces 350g
  • Green curry paste 80g
  • Potato, wedges cut 100g
  • Lemongrass 10g / 1 pc
  • Milk 100ml
  • Salt 1 ½ tbsp
  • Water 50ml

 

Ingredients B :-

  • Tomato, wedges cut 90g
  • Kaffir Lime Leaves 2

 

Method :-

  1. Put ingredients A into inner pot, select “Steamed Chicken” for 30 minutes.
  2. 5 minutes after cooking, press “Steamed Chicken” to pause.
  3. Add ingredients B into inner pot and close it.
  4. Press “Start / Cancel” to continue cooking!
