Fish Ball Soup
The Forge
Ingredients A :-
- Fish ball 220g / 12 pcs
- Ginger, shredded 10g
- Anchovies 20g
- Mustard Greens 50g
- Garlic 30g / 2 cloves
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Water 300ml
Ingredients B :
- Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Method :-
- Mix and combine ingredients A well.
- Press “Steamed Chicken” and select 10 minutes.
- Add in few drops of sesame oil before serving!
