CNY Steamed Fish

Ingredients :-
- Fish 400g
- Ginger 30g / 4 inch
- Green onion 80g
- Ice water
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cooking oil 4 tbsp
- Sesame oil 1 tsp
- Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
- Sweet soy sauce 1 tbsp
Method :-
- Place salt on top fish, mix well.
- Place green onion into oval fish pot and then place fish on top.
- Arrange Ginger slide on fish interval.
- Close fish pot cover, select “Steamed Chicken” for 20 minutes, and press “Start/ Cancel”.
- Prepare ginger and green onion in shredded, soaked in ice water to keep in fresh.
- Place fish on plate, and put ginger and green onion prepared on top of the fish.
- Heat up cooking oil in microwave for 2 minutes and pour on fish.
- Mix sesame oil, soy sauce and sweet soy sauce, pour on fish before serving.
