CNY Steamed Fish

The Forge

Ingredients :-

  • Fish 400g
  • Ginger 30g / 4 inch
  • Green onion 80g
  • Ice water
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cooking oil 4 tbsp
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp
  • Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Sweet soy sauce 1 tbsp


Method :-

  1. Place salt on top fish, mix well.
  2. Place green onion into oval fish pot and then place fish on top.
  3. Arrange Ginger slide on fish interval.
  4. Close fish pot cover, select “Steamed Chicken” for 20 minutes, and press “Start/ Cancel”.
  5. Prepare ginger and green onion in shredded, soaked in ice water to keep in fresh.
  6. Place fish on plate, and put ginger and green onion prepared on top of the fish.
  7. Heat up cooking oil in microwave for 2 minutes and pour on fish.
  8. Mix sesame oil, soy sauce and sweet soy sauce, pour on fish before serving.
