Chocolate Fruit Steam Cake

Ingredients A:-
- Chocolate Cake Mix Flour 432g
- Vegetable Oil 1/2 cup
- Water 1 1/4 cup
- 3 pcs Eggs
- Dried Fruit Mix 3 handfuls
Ingredients B:-
- Icing Sugar 2 tbsp
Method :-
- Mix well all ingredients A in a bowl.
- Grease baking pan with vegetable oil then pour cake mixture into baking pan .
- Cover top of cake pan with aluminium foil then place into inner pot and close.
- Select “Steam” and set time to 1 hour.
- Press “Start” to start cooking.
- Sieve icing sugar on top of cake before serve .
