Chocolate Fruit Steam Cake

The Forge

Ingredients A:-

  • Chocolate Cake Mix Flour 432g
  • Vegetable Oil 1/2 cup
  • Water 1 1/4 cup
  • 3 pcs Eggs
  • Dried Fruit Mix 3 handfuls

 

Ingredients B:-

  • Icing Sugar 2 tbsp

 

Method :-

  1. Mix well all ingredients A in a bowl.
  2. Grease baking pan with vegetable oil then pour cake mixture into baking pan .
  3. Cover top of cake pan with aluminium foil then place into inner pot and close.
  4. Select “Steam” and set time to 1 hour.
  5. Press “Start” to start cooking.
  6. Sieve icing sugar on top of cake before serve .
