Chicken Rice

The Forge

Ingredients A (for chicken stock) :-

  • Chicken 100g
  • Ginger 2g / 2 inch
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Water 300ml

 

Ingredients B:-

  • Rice 3 cups
  • Margarine 2 tbsp
  • Chicken stock cube 1

 

Method :

  1. Put in ingredients A into inner pot.
  2. Press “Steamed Chicken” and select 15 minutes.
  3. Separate chicken and steaming water.
  4. Put in ingredients B, measure and pour in steaming water with ratio 1:1 with rice.
  5. Press “Steamed rice” and select 30 minutes, press “Start / Cancel”.
