This recipe will take around one and a half hour for it to be prepared, but with the help from Pacifica kitchen hood (SGH2 Gaia Duo), giving the process faster and efficient as it is armed with Bakelite control knobs and an outstanding feature.

What you will need?

Ingredients A

  • 225g beef tenderloin. Flank steak or flap meat. Cut into pieces.
  • 175g broccoli florets.
  • 300 ml water
  • 2 ½ tbsp. oil
  • 2 inch sliced ginger.

Ingredients B

  • ½ tbsp soy sauce.
  • 1 tsp rice wine/ sherry.
  • ½ tsp sesame oil. Optional
  • 3 dashes white pepper.
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch.

 

Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • ¼ tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 4 tbsp water

 

Here’s how it’s done

  1. Marinate the beef for15 minutes.
  2. Turn on the kitchen hob with medium to high heat.
  3. Boil the water and add few drops of oil. Blanch the broccoli and remove the water.
  4. Heat up the oil and in wok, cover the lid, and set the timer on kitchen hobs for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir-fry the beef and let it sit. Using the twin kitchen hob, heat up another skillet.
  6. Add ginger and stir-fry with beef. Add broccoli and sauce.
  7. Mix well; monitor the sauce till it’s done.
  8. You are done! As simple as ABC.
