Baby Pak Choi with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients :-

  • Baby pak choi 80g

 

Sauce Ingredients (Ingredients B)  :-

  • Cooking oil 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 5 tbsp
  • Water 70ml
  • Salt ½ tbsp
  • Sugar ½ tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tbsp

Garlic oil ingredients (Ingredients C) :-

  • Garlic, chopped 100g
  • Cooking oil 50ml
  • Soy Sauce 1 tbsp

Method :-

  1. Place pak choi on steam tray inside inner pot, close the cover.
  2. Select “Steam” for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat up cooking oil and put in all ingredients B for cooking, set aside.
  4. Heat up cooking oil and add in garlic, add in soy sauce when garlic turn yellow brown and turn off fire/ hob.
  5. Arrange pak choi nicely on plate, pour oyster sauce and garlic oil on top.
  6. Yummy!
