Baby Pak Choi with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients :-
- Baby pak choi 80g
Sauce Ingredients (Ingredients B) :-
- Cooking oil 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 5 tbsp
- Water 70ml
- Salt ½ tbsp
- Sugar ½ tbsp
- White pepper 1 tbsp
Garlic oil ingredients (Ingredients C) :-
- Garlic, chopped 100g
- Cooking oil 50ml
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Method :-
- Place pak choi on steam tray inside inner pot, close the cover.
- Select “Steam” for 5 minutes.
- Heat up cooking oil and put in all ingredients B for cooking, set aside.
- Heat up cooking oil and add in garlic, add in soy sauce when garlic turn yellow brown and turn off fire/ hob.
- Arrange pak choi nicely on plate, pour oyster sauce and garlic oil on top.
- Yummy!
