Ingredients A : –
- Bird’s eye chili 15g
- Red Onion 20g / 2 pcs
- Garlic 20g / 3 cloves
- Ginger 5g / 1 inch
- Turmeric 3g / 1 inch
Ingredients B :-
- Chicken, cut in cubes 380g
- Potato, wedges cut 200g
- Lemongrass 1
- Turmeric Leaf small bundle
- Milk 150ml
- Water 50ml
Ingredient C :
- Tamarind peel, small 1
Method :-
- Blend ingredients A well.
- Put mixture A, ingredients B into inner pot.
- Select “Steamed Chicken” for 30 minutes.
- Press “Steamed Chicken” to pause and add in ingredient C, close it.
- Place inner pot back to machine and select “Start / Cancel”.
