Ayam Masak Lemak Chili Api

The Forge

Ingredients A : –

  • Bird’s eye chili 15g
  • Red Onion 20g / 2 pcs
  • Garlic 20g / 3 cloves
  • Ginger 5g / 1 inch
  • Turmeric 3g / 1 inch

 

Ingredients B :-

  • Chicken, cut in cubes 380g
  • Potato, wedges cut 200g
  • Lemongrass 1
  • Turmeric Leaf small bundle
  • Milk 150ml
  • Water 50ml

 

Ingredient C :

  • Tamarind peel, small 1

 

Method :-

  1. Blend ingredients A well.
  2. Put mixture A, ingredients B into inner pot.
  3. Select “Steamed Chicken” for 30 minutes.
  4. Press “Steamed Chicken” to pause and add in ingredient C, close it.
  5. Place inner pot back to machine and select “Start / Cancel”.
