1.Lemon butter chicken will always won at people’s heart. The creaminess and the lemony sauce have never been this amazing. For this recipe, by using the Electric kitchen hob (IVC2i Solaris Duo with 9 stage of power setting) making the cooking become much easier and better than the usual.

What you will need?


  • 600g boneless chicken thigh
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Japanese mirin
  • 2 small tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley


Here’s how it’s done.

* store the Japanese mirin in the wine cellar for more divine flavour.

  1. Season the chicken with salt and ground black pepper.
  2. Switch on the kitchen hob with medium flame to heat up 1 tbsp butter.
  3. Pan sear chicken thighs until nicely browned.
  4. Sauté garlic with remaining butter. Mix chicken broth with whipping cream.
  5. Switch kitchen hob counter-clockwise to minimum heat.
  6. Add the rest of the ingredients with spinach and mix until wilt.
  7. Let the heat switch off automatically and you’re ready to serve!
