Fish Ball Soup

The Forge

Ingredients A :-

  • Fish ball 220g / 12 pcs
  • Ginger, shredded 10g
  • Anchovies 20g
  • Mustard Greens 50g
  • Garlic 30g / 2 cloves
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Water 300ml

 

Ingredients B :

  • Sesame oil 1 tbsp

 

Method :-

  1. Mix and combine ingredients A well.
  2. Press “Steamed Chicken” and select 10 minutes.
  3. Add in few drops of sesame oil before serving!
