Steamed Orange Cake
Ingredients A :-
- Egg yolks 4 pcs
- Orange juice 90ml
- Vegetables oil 50ml
- Vanilla extract 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
Ingredients B : –
- Cake flour 70g
- Egg white, store in cold for 5 minutes 150g
- Sugar 90g
- Mix well egg yolks, put in others ingredients A and mix together.
- Add in cake flour (after filtered) and combined well.
- Filter the mixture of No.2 and pour into big bowl.
- By using another bowl, blend egg white with cake beater with the fastest speed.
- Add in sugar slowly until meringue.
- Combine mixture No. 3 and No. 5 slowly and mix well.
- Apply a layer cooking oil on thicker baking plate (size fit into inner pot) with baking paper.
- Pour in the mixture into baking plate and cover with aluminium foil.
- Place baking plate on steam tray inside inner pot.
- Select “Steam” for 45 minutes, then press “Start / Cancel”.
