Thai Bone Beef Soup

The Forge

Ingredients A :-

  • Bone beef 650g
  • Ginger 30g
  • Garlic 30g
  • Lemongrass 40g /2 pcs
  • Water 500ml
  • Cilantro, chopped 10g

 

Ingredients B :

  • Holland Onion, cut in cubes 190g
  • Bird’s eye chili 10g / 6 pcs
  • Fish sauce 4 tbsp
  • Salt 4 tbsp
  • Celery 60g

 

Ingredients C :

  • Tomato, wedges cut 170g
  • Lime juice 1 lime
  • Cilantro leaf

 

Ingredients :-

  1. Soaked bone beef for 10 minutes and clean it.
  2. Put in all ingredients A into inner pot and close it.
  3. Select “Soup” for 3 hours, then press “Start / Cancel”.
  4. Add in ingredients B into inner pot after cooking done.
  5. Place inner pot back to machine, select “Soup” for 30 minutes.
  6. Press “Soup” to pause after 5 minutes cooking, add in ingredients C.
  7. Press “Start / Cancel” to start cooking.
