Steamed Lala with Garlic

The Forge

Ingredients A :-

  • Lala 90g
  • Garlic, chopped 70g
  • Ginger, chopped 30g
  • Bird’s eye chili, chopped 40g
  • Fish Sauce 2 tbsp

 

Ingredients B :

  • Lime juice 80g / 6 lime

 

Method :

  1. Put in all ingredients A into inner pot and close the cover.
  2. Select “Steamed Chicken” for 5 minutes and press “Start / Cancel” to start cooking.
  3. Serve with fresh lime juice! Yummy!
